Women in Islam - 5 things Muslim sister should avoid

In Islam women have all types of rights and some restriction too.. Here are some points which our Prophet (Peace be upon him) has told Muslim women to follow... or how Women in Islam should leave

Plucking Eyebrows

The Prophet (peace and blessing be Upon him) considered plucking as distorting the creation of Allah
Shaping, shaving, trimming eyebrow is the practice of (jahiliya) in early time, in order to appear more beautiful and it because it involves changing the creation of Allah, so anything which involves changing the shape of your eyebrow is consider haraam. The Prophet (Peace be upon him) considered plucking as distorting the creation of Allah.
The Prophet (S.A.W) said Allah has cursed the women who does tattoos and the one who has  done them, and the women who pluck  their eyebrow and the one who has it done, and the one who files their teeth for the purpose of beauty, altering the creation of Allah.

Revealing Cloths, Clothed Yet Naked

The Prophet (Peace and blessing be upon him) said: "There are types of people of Hell whom I have not seen yet. People with whips like the tails of cattle, with which they strike the people, and women who are clothed yet naked walking with an enticing gait. They will not enter Paradise nor even smell its fragrance, though its fragrance will be detected from such and such a distance."
Allah says : " O children of Adam, I have provided you with garments to cover your bodies, as well as form luxury and the best garment is garment of righteousness. These are some of God's sign, that they may take heed." (quran Al-A'raf 7:26)
Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) said, 'Modesty is part of faith', and that part of faith must lie in the heart

Make Up

It is haraam to wear make up in front of non-mehrems men. (Surah Nur) Allah said: "And say to believing women to lower their gaze and guard their modesty, that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what ordinary appear thereof that they should draw their veils over their bosom and not display their except to their husband, their father, their husband fathers, their son, their husband's sons, their brothers, or their brother sons,or their sisters sons or their women, or the servants whom their right hand possess, or male servant free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex, and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments And O you believers, turn you all together towards Allah, that you may attain Bliss". (Quran sura Nur 24:31)

Tattoos and piercing

It is not permissible to pierce the belly button, or their body part such as the lips, tongue, eyebrows etc. consider makruh and disagree to your body most except the nose and ear, few agree not even the nose just the ear is permissible.
Allah the almighty says in the Quran: "And do not cast yourselves into destruction by your own hands." (Al-Baqarah: 195)
Tattoos involves changing the creation of Allah, The Prophet (pbuh) cursed the one who does tattoos and the one who for whom that is done and the one tattoos herself/himself for someone else and the one who ask to get tattooed (sahih al-bukhari. no 5589)
The Prophet said: " whosoever impersonates nation (other then Islam) will be (resurrected) from them on the day of judgement"
To have other body parts pierced other than the ear and nose is mutilation (mutlah) of the human body which is forbidden in Islam. Since body piercing has also many risk problems.

Artificial hair

An Ansari women gave her daughter in marriage and hair of the latter started falling out. Women came to Prophet and mentioned all that to him and said, "Her (my daughter) husband suggested that i should let her wear false hair."
The Prophet (pbuh) said, "No, (don't do that) for Allah sends His curse upon such ladies who lengthen their hair artificially."
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) did not even permit it for a woman whose natural hair had fallen off and forbid it.
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Allah has cursed the woman who joins (her or someone else's) hair (with the hair of another man or woman) and woman who asks for her hair to be joined (with the hair of another person)

Life After Death In Islam - Importance of Quran after death

In our daily routine, We have forgotten the importance of Quran and its benefits. We have time to do everything on time but when it comes to Quran we don't have time to recite Quran even for ten mins. Were else every solution is there in Quran for all our problems. Reciting Quran not only give peace to heart mind and soul but it also have many type of benefit in it, which we don't know, we could only know it when we start reciting Quran everyday in our life by giving it first priority.

A Beautiful Hadith said by Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam).: 'When a man dies and his relatives are busy in funeral, there stands an extremely handsome man by his head. When the dead body is shrouded, that man gets in between the shroud and the chest of the deceased. When after the burial, the people return home, 2 angels, Munkar and Nakeer(names of two special Angels), come in the grave and try to separate this handsome man so that they may be able to interrogate the dead man in privacy about his faith. But the handsome man says, 'He is my companion, he is my friend. I will not  leave him alone in any case. If you are appointed for interrogation, do your job.. I cannot leave him until I get him admitted into Paradise '. Thereafter he turns to his dead companion and says, 'I am the Qur'an, which you used to read, sometimes in a loud voice and sometimes in a low voice. Do not worry. After the interrogation of Munkar and Naker, you will have no grief..' When the interrogation got over, the handsome man arranges for him from Al-Mala'ul A'laa (the angels in Heaven) silk bedding filled with musk.. Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: 'On the Day of Judgement, before Allah, no other Intercessor will have a greater status than the Qur'an, neither a Prophet nor an angel.'

Five things our belove Prophet ( peach upon him) told Hazrat Ali (R.A) to forward to his people.

  1. Never delay in performing Namaaz once you listen Azaan.
  2. Don't keep Janaza (dead body)for long, bury it as soon as possible.
  3. If someone is angry with you, apologize for it because you don't know how long you are alive in this world.
  4. If some guest visit's your house, welcome and offer them nicely, because we don't know for how long he was traveling.
  5. Marry your daughter soon, if she has step at her young age.

Some real fact's of death

I am lying in the bed. My children, brothers and sisters were all sitting by my bedside. Some close friends too are standing and looking at my face. Suddenly I started taking long breaths. Someone among the people sitting in the room starts to recite, Surah Ya'siin. Everyone around repeats with the reciter. My breath starts to ease out. My eyes open and looking at something. Angel of death has arrived. I am getting late for the eternal journey. My mouth has opened up. My brother is dropping some water into my mouth, it is perhaps the "Zam Zam" water which I had preserved for the very moment.

Then everyone started reciting, "Laa'ilaaha illallaaha Muhammadur Rasoolullaah". I have lost my vision. I have lost my tongue, I have even lost my sensation but I can still hear. I can hear my loved ones weeping in grief. I'm not dead yet but I am almost lifeless. Angel of death makes the final act and takes my soul out with an intensive jerk. I have now left this world.

All my wealth, cars, properties, bank balances, contacts and connections are of no use now. My identity is my grave and I am being referred to as 'dead body'. My near ones are preparing my grave and some of them think it as inauspicious to keep the dead body inside the house for too long. The house which I myself built and lived in is shrinking in space for me. My bath is being prepared. I am taken out in the compound for the final bath. My bathroom fitted with expensive bath fittings is not for me now.

I am being wrapped in the white cotton shroud. I am boxed in a wooden box for the travel to my grave. My expensive car is not for me now.

For what then did I amass so many worthless things. Why did I lie to earn the useless wealth. It is of no use to me. Woe to me for I wasted my life in vain. I forgot that my last journey is near and certain. Why did I sin so much ? Oh! I have lost my game.
Now stop imagining

This is going to happen one day with you and me. So be prepared. Good deeds will make your journey and the life of the Hereafter pleasant. Remember death. It is certain. It is so near. This world is just a short dream.

May Allah SWT enable us to die upon the right path with La Illaha Illah La on our lips ameen
